Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using QuickWise ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QuickWise is a SaaS platform that allows you to create AI-powered chatbots, upload knowledge base documents, and embed chat widgets on your websites. The service uses third-party AI models to generate responses.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Upload malicious, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Resell the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to generate spam or misleading content

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload (documents, FAQs, corrections). You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

6. Plans and Billing

• Free plans are subject to usage limits (chatbots, documents, messages per month)
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or AI response accuracy. The AI may produce incorrect or incomplete responses.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data is soft-deleted and permanently removed after 90 days. Team ownership is transferred to the next senior member if applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national law of the data controller's jurisdiction.
